ATO将抽查19万AirBNB房东

ATO将使用这些数据去识别没有正确登记,申报和纳税的短期租赁的房东,ATO 还补充道,他们会从州政府所获知的长期租赁的数据与这些短期出租的数目相比对。 如果您提供短期租赁住宿,以下是一些税务“基本规则”:

  • 保留记录(特别是需要申报抵税项目)
